Limits and scope
- Limits
- This is a supporting calculation for SDG target 5.1 (and indicator 8.5.1) on caller-supplied records, not an official pay gap statistic. The unadjusted gap does not control for occupation, hours, experience or any other characteristic, so it is not a measure of unequal pay for equal work or of discrimination.
