Terrazzo
In your harnessProcedural textureMIT
Generate tileable PBR maps of terrazzo: stone and glass chips of many sizes set in a cement matrix and polished flat. Use for floors, counters, stairs and wall panels.

What it takes and gives
- Entry point
- generate
- Maps
- albedo, normal, roughness, height, ao
- Parameters
- chips, smallest, largest, angularity, polish, hue_shift, saturation, brightness
- Presets
- default, venetian, pastel, noir, glass_honed
- Tileable
- yes
- Command line
- python terrazzo.py --size 1024 --seed 7 --preset NAME --out DIR [--width W --height H] [--set NAME=VALUE] [--directx-normal] [--orm]
- Godot material
- material.tres
- Blender builder
- blender_material.build_material(folder)
Limits. Chips are random polygons that may overlap; real terrazzo is packed by casting and grinding. Chip colours are flat with slight variation and no internal veining. Relief is very shallow. Occlusion is a blurred-height estimate.
