Limits and scope

Limits: This is a supporting calculation for SDG target 5.5 on caller-supplied seat counts, not an official estimate of indicator 5.5.1. It does not collect or verify membership data, distinguish seats changing during a term, weight bodies by population, or decide which local bodies count as deliberative local government; those choices belong to the caller.
